Cheryl Amatelli Joins GSWA as Financial Director

Cheryl Amatelli joined Great Swamp Watershed Association in December as Financial Director. She will be responsible for all the accounting functions and reporting of the organization and will be working closely with the finance committee. She will also take over supervision of the computer systems and other administrative duties.

Cheryl has 11 years experience as a Financial Analyst and is attending Fairleigh Dickenson University where she will receive her B.S. in Finance this spring. Recently married, Cheryl, her husband, and a variety of pets live in Green Brook.

Great Swamp Watershed Association was created to protect the Great Swamp watershed basin. Celebrating its 20th Anniversary as a non-profit organization, the Watershed Association relies solely on membership and contributions to protect the continued health of the local environment—from drinking water, to flood control, to the existence of many species of plant and animal life. If you’re not already a member, become one today. For more information, call (973)966-1900, or visit their website at www.greatswamp.org.
